Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of this website and the Smiley AIO desktop application. By registering an account or using the app, you agree to them.

Access

Using Smiley AIO requires a valid license key, issued at purchase. Each license is bound to one machine at a time. If you need to switch machines, use the "Unbind Machine" option on your dashboard, up to 3 times in a rolling 30-day period.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password and license key confidential. Let us know right away if you think either has been compromised.

Fair use

The machine-reset system is meant for genuine PC changes, not for sharing one license across multiple people or machines at once. Accounts found abusing it may be suspended.

No guarantees

This site and the app are provided as-is. We work to keep both running reliably, but can't guarantee uninterrupted access, and aren't responsible for losses arising from downtime, third-party service outages, or changes made by platforms the app connects to.
